We have been asked by the Strategic Carers' Commissioning Officer, Powys County Council, to ask you what information you currently provide to Carers as part of your service. The information being gathered is part of a Powys wide review about the information provided to Carers within Powys. The information received will help inform both the Council and Health Board about the wealth of Third Sector information being provided to Carers and may also identify gaps.
