Online digital platform – user research
Following a Healthcheck review a new vision has been developed for how NHS Wales’ online presence could take shape.
The aim is to develop an online digital platform for Health and Well-Being in Wales which would:
Provide patients with a new, digital way of accessing health and care services
Promote ‘NHS Wales’ online as a single identity
Provide a mechanism for both citizens and professionals to access up-to-date, quality-assured health and care information on a ‘Once for Wales’ basis
To help inform this work, we have commissioned a digital agency, Zone, to undertake ‘discovery’ work, consisting mainly of user research activities. They would like to engage with a broad range of users via two surveys:
