Aim:  Every training course Re-Live design and deliver is experiential. This dynamic and practical way of learning allows trainees to hold on to new information, new skills and build confidence. The training invites trainees to engage with the emotional and psychological experience of dementia, exploring the questions "What if it was me living with dementia, how would I feel, what would I need?" to also encourages trainees to develop compassionate perspectives on dementia, building greater understanding between staff, people living with dementia and family members and explores ways of transforming existing services and moving towards a compassion focused service for people living with dementia and those who care for them.

Key Learning Outcomes:
Guide trainees through a series of experiential exercises which provide a unique insight into dementia
Explore the emotional and psychological impact of dementia on those diagnosed and those caring for someone with dementia
Develop trainees ability to empathise with a person with dementia
Provide a space for trainees to share practice and reflect on experiences
