Stroke Training

Places available on the following Stroke Training:

Module 1 - Day 1 – Stroke Fundamentals and Recovery
Module 2 - Day 2 – Supporting Life After Stroke
Module 3 - Day 3 – Stroke Prevention and Holistic Management

The modular training covers the fundamentals of what a stroke is and how you can support the recovery of the stroke survivors. The course covers the detail of the National Stroke Strategy and how you can promote life after stroke through prevention, recovery, rehabilitation and support to end of life care.

The training modules that comprise of days 1, 2 & 3 have been developed and mapped against the QCF framework. Attendance of all three courses will contribute towards credits for the QCF Level 2.
