Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) has been awarded a contract to develop bilingual resources to support volunteering management in the Culture and Heritage Sector in Wales.

The Charity Commission, the regulator of charities in England and Wales, is running a series of short workshops, for faith-based organisations, to help them to register as charities.

Core funding and free training for health charities - 2018 GSK IMPACT Awards
GSK’s IMPACT Awards reward charities that are doing excellent work to improve people’s health. Organisations must be at least three years old, working in a health-related field in the UK, with income between £80,000 and £2.5 million.

Using money from the 5p levy on carrier bag sales in Greggs shops, the Greggs Foundation's Environmental Grants scheme aims to improve people’s lives by improving the environment. Groups that missed the second round have three months to apply to the third round.

Greggs Foundation’s Local Community Projects Fund opens for round 3
The Greggs Foundation's Community Projects Fund provides grants of up to £2,000 to not-for-profit organisations across Great Britain for projects or for equipment for people in need at the heart of local communities.

ScottishPower Foundation opens for applications from Great Britain
The ScottishPower Foundation, a registered Scottish charity operating independently of ScottishPower, offers funding to registered charities and not-for-profit organisations based and working across Great Britain.

Eaga Charitable Trust
The Eaga Charitable Trust, an independent grant giving trust founded by Eaga, now Carillion Energy Services, provides financial support for work that contributes to understanding and addressing the causes and effects of fuel poverty.

Skipton Building Society's Grassroots Giving 2017
Skipton Building Society has been offering the Grassroots Giving scheme since it was set up in 2013 to celebrate the Society’s 160th anniversary. This year, there are 164 pots of £500 to give away to support the development of local grassroots groups from across the UK.
