Annwyl gyfaill,

Gŵyl Gyhoeddi Eisteddfod yr Urdd Brycheiniog a Maesyfed

Cynhelir Gŵyl Gyhoeddi Eisteddfod yr Urdd Brycheiniog a Maesyfed ar ddydd Sadwrn 7fed o Hydref yn nhref Aberhonddu. Disgwylir y bydd dros 1000 o bobl yn mynychu ar y diwrnod.

Mae gwahoddiad i fusnesau, cwmnïau a mudiadau lleol osod stondin ar ddiwedd gorymdaith i werthu ac arddangos nwyddau. Bydd modd archebu safle drwy e-bostio ruth@urdd.org. Ni fydd tal am osod stondin ond bydd gofyn i chi ddod a bwrdd a chadair eich hun. Noder mai cyfyngedig yw’r nifer o stondinau gallwn eu gosod felly cyntaf i’r felin yw’r drefn o archebu safle.

Byddai’n golygu gosod eich stondin erbyn 11 o’r gloch ar ddydd Sadwrn a bydd gweithgareddau yn dod i ben erbyn 3 o’r gloch y prynhawn. Ni fydd modd gwerthu unrhyw gynnyrch bwyd heb gyflwyno tystysgrif glendid bwyd priodol.

Brecon and Radnorshire 2018 Eisteddfod yr Urdd Proclamation Event

The Urdd Eisteddfod Proclamation parade and event will be held on Saturday the 7th October in Brecon. This event is dedicated to celebrating the Urdd Eisteddfod‘s visit to the area during Whitson week 2018. A crowd in excess 1000 is expected to attend on the day.

Our intention is to offer pitches for local appeal committees as well as local businesses / organizations and various associations to set up stalls to sell goods once the parade concludes near Theatr Brycheiniog. You can reserve a pitch by emailing ruth@urdd.org There will be no fee but you will be require to bring your own table and chair. Note that there will be a limited number of allotted stall spaces available so we will distribute on a first come first serve basis.

It would involve setting your stall up by 11 o'clock on the Saturday ready for the arrival of the parade at 12.30 o’clock. Activities will cease by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. If you intend to sell any food products you must produce the correct food hygiene certificates.
